14 spanne, musiek op die baan en 'n atmosfeer wat van die eerste af tot die laaste hou gehou het — Rotary Oudtshoorn se Nagholf by die Oudtshoorn Gholfbaan was 'n reuse sukses. 14 teams, music on the course and an atmosphere that held from the first hole to the last — Rotary Oudtshoorn's Night Golf at the Oudtshoorn Golf Course was a huge success.

Gloeiende gholfballe, neonligte, musiek op die baan en 14 spanne wat gereed was vir 'n lekker aand het gesorg vir 'n onvergeetlike geleentheid. Die spanne het die gees behoorlik ingeklim, met fantastiese verkleeduitrustings, baie gelag, groot pryse en 'n wonderlike atmosfeer van begin tot einde. Glowing golf balls, neon lights, music on the course and 14 teams ready for a great night made for an unforgettable event. The teams threw themselves into the spirit of it, with fantastic costumes, plenty of laughs, big prizes and a wonderful atmosphere from start to finish.

'n GROOT dankie aan Ebon Odendal vir sy ongelooflike vrygewigheid en vir die skenking van twee fantastiese pryse vir die afslaging. Die hoogtepunt was 'n asemrowende naweekpakket by Shark Bay Resort vir 10 mense, verblyf en 'n rondte gholf ingesluit. Wat 'n prys! A HUGE thank you to Ebon Odendal for his incredible generosity and for donating two fantastic auction prizes. The highlight was a breathtaking weekend package at Shark Bay Resort for 10 people, accommodation and a round of golf included. What a prize!

Seven women's bodies in two months, in one area. The country's numbers are unforgiving — and the work to change that starts in towns like ours too.

Sedert Julie is die liggame van sewe vroue in en om Kempton Park en die groter Ekurhuleni-gebied, oos van Johannesburg, gevind. Since July, the bodies of seven women have been found in and around Kempton Park and the greater Ekurhuleni area, east of Johannesburg. The South African Police Service has issued a public warning and asked women to be cautious with activities such as running alone in the area.
